We're all about having fun, but to keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow our rules:

 

Birchanger Sports and Soc​ial Club is an exclusive Members Club -

Guests are welcome but must be signed in!

✅ Respect Others – Treat fellow members, staff, and guests with kindness and courtesy.
✅ Stay Safe – Follow all safety guidelines, including designated areas for activities.
✅ Drink Responsibly – Enjoy yourself, but please drink in moderation.
✅ No Disruptive Behavior – Aggressive or inappropriate conduct won’t be tolerated.
✅ Look After Our Club – Keep the space clean and respect club property.

Respect for Staff & Zero Tolerance for Abuse

At Birchanger Sports & Social Club, we are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. Abuse of any kind towards our staff will not be tolerated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

🚫 Verbal Abuse – Offensive language, shouting, threats, or derogatory remarks.
🚫 Physical Abuse – Any form of aggression, intimidation, or physical harm.
🚫 Harassment – Persistent or inappropriate behavior that makes staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
🚫 Refusing to Follow Instructions – Staff are here to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

Birchanger Sports & Social Club – Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs at Birchanger Sports & Social Club! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests, we kindly ask that pet owners adhere to the following guidelines:

​

🐾 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on the premises.
🐾 Well-behaved pets only – please ensure your dog is calm and does not cause a disturbance.
🐾 Respect other guests – not everyone is comfortable around animals, so please be considerate.
🐾 Keep it clean – always clean up after your pet and maintain good hygiene.
🐾 No hazards – ensure your pet does not obstruct walkways or pose a risk to others.

🐾 Furniture – is for humans not animals!

🔴 Consequences: Any individual who engages in abusive behaviour towards staff or Committee may face immediate removal from the premises, suspension, or a permanent ban from the club.
